Description

Players line up on the blue lines as shown. On the whistle, X's take off with a puck and pass to O's, then continue around the circle at centre ice as shown and receive a pass back from O's. Player then attacks the zone for a shot on goal, stopping at the front of the net for a rebound.

Drill continues with O's starting and X's making the pass.

Coaches can step up at blue line to keep attackers honest.
