Description

Forward lines up opposite D player. On the whistle, forward stick handles, jukes, spins, drops one knee or both, etc. D man has to mimic the moves of the forward. Forward attacks 1v1 on second whistle. Play switches to other side of the ice and repeats. Run at both ends of the ice.
