Description

At Centre Ice, small ice game
Start - Black attacking team lines up inside the blue line and green back checkers at centre. Drill starts with coach getting puck to the attackers who drive the net to score. The two back checkers chase to stop the attack.

Immediately, 2 more players from the green back checking team line up at centre ice where their back checkers try to feed the puck up the ice to them. Drill continues with players changing every time the puck transitions from one end to the other.
