Description

Skaters line up in two lines on opposite sides of the ice. On the whistle player from one side skates hard to the blue line and opens up for a pass from the coach. Skater accelerates to slot and shoots at the hashmarks.

Alternate side to side. Finish in line opposite to the one you started.

Progress to one time opportunity as illustrated. Skater skates hard to blue line area and pivots backwards (always facing the puck). Skater receives a pass from coach for a one-timer on goal.
