Tecnical skating w/ pass

Description
On one side - player starts in corner and skates hard to cone, pivoting backwards around each cone (constantly facing up ice). Skates hard to receive pass from coach for a shot and drive net for rebound.
On other side - player starts from corner and makes tight turns around outside of cones. Skates hard to receive pass from coach for a shot and drive net for rebound.
Switch directions after 5 minutes
Notes: Continuous flow.
Switch sides after each rep.
