Description

Start - attacking team lines up just outside the offensive blue line and back checkers at centre. Drill starts with coach getting puck to the attackers who drive the net to score. The three back checkers chase to stop the attack.

Immediately, 3 more players from the back checking team line up at centre ice where their back checkers try to feed the puck up the ice to them. Drill continues with players changing every time the puck transitions from one end to the other.
