Description

Players line up in zone in teams of two. One team starts on defence, the other on offence. All four skaters take two crossovers to the inside of the ice, then two to the outside (shadowing each other). Coach passes to one of the offensive players and they have to try and score. Defensive team wants to steal the puck and try to score themselves.

Each battle should last around 15-20 seconds.

Notes: Protect the puck.
Work as a team (puck support).
Attack the puck if you don't have it.
