Quick acceleration, Players skate around cones as shown, stopping against the boards (facing backwards towards the line they started from). Immediately skate back around the same cone and back towards the boards after the next cone. Repeat around all of the cones and drive the net for a quick, one-time shot on a pass from the coach.
Players should follow their shot to the net for a rebound.
Same at both ends, after 5 minutes move to opposite corners for reps both ways.
