1-3-1 Power Play

Description
When using the 1-3-1 powerplay, it is important to try to get the puck at the top of the zone in the middle of the ice with full control.
Spread the ice by going D to D, stretching out the penalty killers in the process.
The set up can be run low, high, as a double screen, post up or slap pass.
