Description

Players line up in two lines. On whistle players skate forward in continuous crossovers (outside to inside) from pylon to pylon. Accelerate through each cone (don't slow down). Skate hard around the net and all the way down the ice. Do not stop moving your feet! Finish in line opposite line. Next player in line goes when player in front reaches second pylon.
