Description
On whistle, two players race around the cone and skate down the ice. Coach sends the puck. First player shoots on net and other chases.
Players switch sides every time.
Can start from laying down position.
Can do full 360 around cones.
Can start from backwards position.

Tags: crossovers and acceleration around cone. Player without the puck back checks hard to prevent scoring chance.
