X's must stay on their high side by the boards and can be used as support to pass and shoot the puck. They move East to West by the boards.
When the puck crosses over to the other side of the ice (past the nets), X's must stay on their side and the O's battle for possession of the puck, always trying to score on the same side as their line.
On the change, X's become O's, O's get back in line and 2 new players from each line become X's.
