Description

On the whistle, D skates hard to the bottom of the centre circle and pivots. Forwards go on pivot and receive a pass from the coach (either side). Forwards attack with speed, D closes gap on pack carrier while taking away the passing lane. Forwards should be sure to not bunch up, which makes it easier on the defence to check. Player without puck should be driving the front of the net.
