Keep Away

Diagrams

Description

Players start in separate lines with the one on the outside carrying the puck. Player without the puck is trying to strip it. Player with the puck is trying to maintain control. Keep the play on one side of the ice. Whoever has the puck at the whistle drives the net for a shot.

Notes: Good sticks. Good angles. Attack the stick side. Never reach across the puck carriers body. Keep your stick out of his feet. Lift the stick (quick - with force).
